Join Relax Kids on our swashbuckling quest to search for the magical treasure. Learn the positive pirate code and be spellbound by some mermaid/merman magic. Relax Kids helps support their mental and emotional wellbeing - so they can grow up feeling self aware and resilient. Sessions include movement, games, stretching, breathing exercises, massage, affirmations, relaxation and mindful techniques.
This FREE block of sessions is open to all P2-P5 at Cawdor Primary School

and positivity, your child will gain essential tools to build self-esteem, manage stress, and develop emotional resilience.
